MONDAY & TUESDAY - 6:15 PM

This class is suitable for those who are comfortable with a range of step patterns and movements. An intermediate routine may include step combinations, pauses, body movements and timing variations.

This level of dance will consist of mid to high cardio routines that may be full of challenges that can be fun as well as rewarding!
